ace368 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ace368 website, mobile interface, software, games, betting markets, and all associated services operated under the ace368 brand.
• "Player" / "you" means any individual who has registered an account on ace368 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process on ace368.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account and used to place bets and receive winnings on ace368.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Service, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "D&T Ranking" means the weekly points-based leaderboard operated by ace368 through which eligible Players may win real cash prizes.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a casino game, crash game, slot, or sports event through the ace368 Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations and promotional deadlines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ace368 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and ace368. ace368 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via account notification or email where practicable.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on ace368, you must:

• Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not currently hold another active or suspended Account on ace368;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ace368 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited in accordance with the provisions set out in Section 9 below.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

ace368 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. At any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine audit — ace368 may request documents from you to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method used. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with the ace368 Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are used solely for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ace368 accepts deposits exclusively via the supported MFS payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must originate from an MFS account registered in the Player's own name. ace368 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from unverified sources.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Withdrawals are returned to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit on that Account. ace368 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual in size, frequency, or origin. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. ace368 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, MFS providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which ace368 accepts no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your Wallet are held for gaming purposes only. ace368 does not pay interest on Wallet balances. Dormant Account balances — where there has been no login or transaction for 180 consecutive days — may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the Player in advance via registered contact details.

6. Betting Rules

All Bets placed on ace368 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. ace368 reserves the right to void any Bet where:

• There is evidence of a technical malfunction or data feed error that materially affected the outcome or the odds displayed;
• The Bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means;
• The Player placed the Bet in contravention of these Terms (e.g., using an automated script or exploiting a pricing error);
• The event to which the Bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared within the timeframe specified by the relevant game or market rules.

Where a Bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Wallet. Winnings already credited as a result of a subsequently voided Bet may be reclaimed by ace368. For live sports markets, in-play odds are updated in real time and Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation by the Player. ace368 does not guarantee that in-play odds will remain available for any specified duration.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ace368 may offer bonuses, free bets, prize draws, reload promotions, and D&T Ranking prize payouts to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested against the bonus-derived balance;
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Account and may not be transferred, gifted, or exchanged;
• ace368 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who are found to have opened multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion will have all accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited;
• D&T Ranking prize payments are credited directly to the winning Player's Wallet by 23:59 BST on the Sunday following the relevant weekly leaderboard cycle. No wagering requirement applies to D&T Ranking cash prizes.

8. Responsible Gaming

ace368 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. If you feel that your gambling has become problematic, you have the right to request any of the following tools by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent Account closure with no option for reinstatement for a minimum of 12 months.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ace368 may suspend or terminate a Player's Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity;
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or exploit strategies;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from an MFS provider;
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward ace368 staff or other Players.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, the associated Wallet balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an Account is terminated for a confirmed breach of these Terms, ace368 reserves the right to forfeit the Wallet balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned via the Player's registered MFS account within 5 business days of the investigation conclusion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace368 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game software, logos, trademarks, interface design, and data — is the intellectual property of ace368 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ace368 intellectual property. Unauthorised use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace368 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: your use of or inability to access the Platform; any technical malfunction, interruption of service, or data loss; any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform; or any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ace368 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur and will be communicated where possible via the Platform or registered contact details.

12. Privacy

ace368 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

13. Amendments to These Terms

ace368 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — for example, changes to the withdrawal policy, KYC requirements, or promotional terms — ace368 will endeavour to notify registered Players via account notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
